CODY CLANTON

The report on Lithuania was prepared as a sixth grade project while Cody was attending Walsh Elementary School. This project- which was presented orally as well as in writing - earned Cody an "A" for the semester.

Cody picked Lithuania for his topic because a friend of his mother's had invited him and his family to attend the Tenth Lithuanian Folk Dance Festival which was held in Chicago during the summer of 1996. His mom's friend provided Cody with research information as well as audio visuals that he used for his verbal presentation to his classmates. His favorite part of the research was reading about the different customs and beliefs that are a part of the Lithuanian culture.
